Heather Tydings-Goldfarb of Own Your Evolution:  I offer telephonic Life Coaching and consultations for proactive women who want to live a soulful, mindful and potent life. I work as a Licensed Therapist in Maryland, (LCSW-C) Life Coach and consultant for women seeking their truth. I help women design a vibrant life by tuning into their internal wisdom, using mindfulness practices and spirituality.  I intend to teach you to live from your core to find your Gross Personal Happiness.
